Welcome -- I am grateful that you've landed here. I am a practicing massage therapist in Pittsburgh, fully licensed and insured.

The body is the medium between the physical lives and our inner experience of every human. It is ours to care for to celebrate and honor existence at large. Using pressure and the heat that is created, I coax the body to it's natural fluid, flowing state. There it is able to nourish and cleanse itself, send and receive information more efficiently. In this way massage supports all of the systems of the body - circulation, lymphatic, nervous, endocrine, et al.
